With the holidays coming up, and everyone scraping by to make ends meet, I would like to introduce you to a fun way to have a party, save money and get your family portraits taken all at the same time. |

Host a Portrait Party! A portrait party is an event that happens at a park or outdoor destination of your choice. I will take professional family portraits during multiple thirty minute portrait sessions. As the hostess you invite families/friends you think would be interested in having their portraits taken. You decide on the location and handle the scheduling. A non refundable deposit of $25 to hold their appointment is due to me one week before your event. In order for the party to be a success, four families will need to be secured. Guests appointments are scheduled 30 minutes apart. Your guests can stay for the whole party if you’d like to plan it that way, or they are free to leave after their scheduled time.
Here’s how it works. Your guests pay $75 for their session. This is half the price of a private shoot with me. All the images will be put on a disc and mailed out to them within ten days of the party. They have full rights to the portraits and can print them, post them on line, turn them into holiday cards, or anything else they wish!
As host/hostess you will receive your portrait session for free! If one of your guests schedules(and holds) their own Portrait Party within 1 month of your party, you will receive one 11×14 of your favorite image from your session.
If one of your guests books their own Personal Photo Session you will also receive a 11×14 of your choice!
All portraits will be taken in the great outdoors. Schedule early to avoid wacky Colorado weather. Photos taken in the snow are still cute! We’ll bundle up in fluffy hats, mittens, scarfs and warm coats. Parties may not start between noon and 1:00. In order to ensure Holiday delivery parties must be held no later than December 10th.
